A handsome speedy little Schooner built by Dennison J. Lawlor in 1868. Known for her fast sailing characteristics "Phantom" safely guided ships under N.Y Pilots for 20 years until she was driven onto the Jersey shore in the Great Blizzard of 88 with loss of all hands.
