Excellent model with full color decals for a prewar scout plane from heavy cruiser USS Phoenix. The USS Phoenix was the only ship to get underway and clear Pearl Harbor during the attack on December 7, 1941. She was sold to Argentina, renamed the General Belgrano, later sunk in the Falkland Islands/Malvinas by a British nuclear attack submarine.
