The Kamov Ka-26 (NATO reporting name Hoodlum) is a Soviet light utility helicopter with co-axial rotors.
The helicopter Ka-26 was first demonstrated at the autumn exhibition in Moscow in 1965. Due to its efficient construction the helicopter could be easily transformed from the passenger version to the agricultural and to the cargo-carrying version. The helicopter was widely used in the national economy of the USSR and was exported into many countries.
