The kit itself is a modern reissue from ex-ITC molds dated from about 1959/1960. Stirring Jack Leynnwood box art showing the ship at Santiago de Cuba, 1898, with the 13" guns blazing. Large scale older kit that was detailed for it's time. Includes decals for all three early battleships. The USS Oregon had a famous career in the Spanish American War.
